Safety First


Check fields and equipment before every practice and game. (goals,etc.)

Players can NOT play without shin guards. at practices or games.

Never give your players any medication (not even Tylenol), let the parent do it!

Players can NOT play if they are bleeding or have blood on their uniform or clothes.

Jewelry, watches, necklaces, bracelets,hair clips, hats or other objects which could hurt
another player are NOT permitted during the games. Medical ID bracelets,etc. must be taped.

Try to always have 2 adults present at practices, and a cell phone for emergencies.

Keep an eye on your players! Don't let them climb on trees, hang on the goal bars, etc.

It is a good idea to have ice packs on hand at practices and games for injuries.

Rest Ice Compression Elevate

Be sure players have plenty of water or sport drinks, especially during hot days.
Watch the Heat! - Again give them plenty of water/fluids.
If a player goes from sweating to a Dry/Pale condition, get them to the Doctor!!
Possible Heat Stroke!!
