*All access is unlimited. However, unlimited interactive usage dialup connections are not intended to be full-time dedicated connections and will be disconnected after 20 minutes of inactivity. User agrees not to use any automatic method to avoid disconnection, to keep the connection active only when the user is actively using it, and not to provide public information services over the connection. Grapevine reserves the right to impose a restriction on or cancel accounts it deems to be in violation of these conditions. Grapevine enforces this rule in order to keep the system open and available for our members to use. It is our opinion that abuses in this area take away from the enjoyment of the online service we are providing.

(If a customer decides to cancel services prior to the term of their agreement, they will be refunded the unused balance of their original payment as though they were being billed under the Basic Plan.)

• Additional transfer above 1.5 GB/month allowance: $4 / 100 MB

Billing Information

Grapevine accepts cash, checks and credit card payments.

Please make checks out to Grapevine Internet Services. To pay by credit card, please fill out the return payment stub (which comes with your sign-up package) with the appropriate information and mail it to us. Please send any questions or problems regarding billing to Accounting@thevine.net
Returned checks: Any returned checks will result in a $15.00 fee and the account will be suspended until payment is received.

***Grapevine is a service-orientated business. Charges are for availability of the service, not actual usage.
***Service and charges for service will not be terminated until we receive a cancellation notice from the account holder.
*** Any accounts suspended or canceled by Grapevine for non-payment will still be obligated to pay all outstanding charges and fees.

IMPORTANT!

Grapevine Internet will never ask for your credit card #, checking account #, or other private information over our online service. So please do not give this information online to anyone claiming to be a Grapevine staff member!
