Setting SMTP authentication on Outlook

Step 1 : In Outlook go to tools then to  E-mail Accounts.

Step 2 : Select "View or change existing e-mail accounts" and click next.

Step 3 : Next select the account and click on the "Change" button.

Step 4 : Change your Account name: to be your email address as highlighted below. Next click on the More Settings button on the lower right part of this screen.

Step 5 :  Next Click the check box next to My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication at the bottom of the the properties window. After that is done click on Settings... to the right. Make sure   Use same settings as my incoming mail server is selected. Now click OK on all windows or close the windows.
