Step 1 - When you first load the program go to
Tools > Message Rules > Mail.
Step 2 - Click on New...
Step 3 - Check - Where the subject line
contains specific words. In Conditions for your Rule.
Check - Move it to the specified folder. In Select the actions for your
rule.
Step - 4 - Click- On the blue text that says
"Contains specific words." and that will
bring up the prompt below. Type SPAM in the top window and
Click on the Add button next to it.
Step 5 - Click - on the Blue text that says
"Specified". Make a New Folder and name
It spam Then highlight the new folder you made and Click OK.
Step 6 - The mail rule should now look like
what is shown below. Feel free to name
the rule whatever you would like.
Step 7 - And that is it. Just Click Apply
Now to move all SPAM messages to the
Predetermined folder and click OK.
