In this menu Check "Use name and password" which will allwo you type in the User Name box.
In the User Name box type your email address using the % instead of an @
(IE: staff@thevine.net would be staff%thevine.net)

| Step 2 : From the dropdown Edit menu select "Mail & Newsgroups Account Settings" |

Step 3 : In the Mail & Newsgroups Account Settings Select "Outgoing Server (SMTP)".
