Setting up Email in Thunderbird

Step 1 : In Thunderbird go to tools then to Accounts Setting...
 
Step 2 : Click on Add Account... which can be found in the lower left of the Account Settings window.
 
Step 3 : Select the "Email account" option and click on Next
 
Step 4 : Change your Your name: to be your Real Name.
Change your Email Address: to be your email address. Then click on Next.
 
Step 5 : Select POP. Then Change Incoming Server to pop3.thevine.net.
Next Change Outgoing Server to smtp.thevine.net. Click the next option to continue.
 
Step 6 : Change Incoming User Name to your full email address.
Place your full email address in the Outgoing User Name field. Click the next option to continue.
Step 7 : Change your Account Name to be something that you can refer to this account many users
will use something like "My Grapevine Account" or "UserID's Grapevine Account"
Click the next option to continue.
Step 8 : You will now see the confirmation page. Then Click Finish.
Step 9 : You will now be taken back to the account settings screen.
Hit ok on this window and you should be all set to go.
